Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of two-dimensional material biosensing, in particular to a biosensor for real-time dynamic monitoring of recognition-degradation-re-recognition of single amino acid and a preparation method of the biosensor. The biosensor is prepared by modifying gold nanoparticles on the surface of GeP5. Gold nanoparticles can grow on the surface of the GeP5 nanosheet in situ, more peptide chains can be fixed on the gold nanoparticles, and enough probe peptide chains are provided for subsequent recognition-degradation-re-recognition. The invention aims to realize dynamic monitoring of recognition, degradation and re-recognition of a terminal amino acid sequence in a peptide chain through a biosensing chip prepared by modifying gold nanoparticles on the surface of GeP5. The technical problem to be solved is to achieve experimental verification similar to amino acid sequencing by using a recognition protein specificity recognition peptide chain terminal amino acid group, sequentiall
