Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a roasting furnace bottom powder anti-clogging scraping and raking device which comprises a scraping and raking shaft, a telescopic rotating transmission mechanism and a scraping and raking sleeve fixed to the lower conical bottom of a roasting furnace, one end of the scraping and raking sleeve extends into the lower conical bottom of the roasting furnace, and the other end of the scraping and raking sleeve is located outside the lower conical bottom of the roasting furnace. Scraping rake blades are arranged at one end of the scraping rake shaft, the end, provided with the scraping rake blades, of the scraping rake shaft extends into the scraping rake sleeve, the other end, located outside the scraping rake sleeve, of the scraping rake shaft is connected with the telescopic rotating transmission mechanism, and a one-way cover plate used for sealing the scraping rake sleeve is arranged at the end, extending into the lower cone bottom of the roasting furnace, of the scraping rake sleeve.
