Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a commercial vehicle air inlet system and a commercial vehicle. The commercial vehicle air inlet system comprises a front wall outer plate; the front face cover is fixed to the front wall outer plate, and an air inlet grille is formed in the front face cover; the air inlet assembly comprises an air inlet channel, the air inlet channel is fixed between the front wall outer plate and the front face cover, and an air inlet of the air inlet channel is right opposite to the air inlet grille. By arranging the air inlet channel between the front wall outer plate and the front face cover, the space between the front wall outer plate and the front face cover can be fully utilized, so that the number of structures, needing to be fixed to other positions of the vehicle, of the air inlet assembly is smaller, and even the air inlet assembly can occupy less space for arrangement of other structures with other functions on the vehicle; and the air inlet grille can introduce air into the air inlet ch
