Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a ready-to-use PCA (Principal Component Analysis) culture medium with improved irradiation resistance intensity, which comprises the following steps: preparing tryptone, yeast extract, glucose and agar according to a preset proportion in a raw material preparation stage, and adopting carrageenan, glycerol, deacetylchitosan and glutathione as additives; in the raw material mixing stage, raw material dry powder is added into a stirring container in proportion, distilled water is added, high-temperature stirring is performed till dissolution, and a liquid culture medium is formed; cooling the liquid culture medium to 50 +/-5 DEG C, aseptically filling the liquid culture medium into a preset container, and further cooling and forming; and packaging the cooled and shaped culture medium container in a packaging and forming stage, and carrying out high-energy electron beam sterilization and equivalence detection to obtain the finished PCA culture medium. According to t
