Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a golden larch bark acetic acid derivative and a preparation method thereof. Golden larch bark acetic acid is used as a lead compound to synthesize a series of amino acid derivatives which have a stronger inhibiting effect on expression of VEGF protein in tumor cells and reduce VEGF protein exosis. The designed and synthesized golden larch bark acetic acid derivative does not show cytotoxicity (IC50gt; it is indicated that the pseudolaric acid and the derivative thereof inhibit VEGF exogenesis in SiHa cells through cytotoxicity, and the inhibitory activity of the pseudolaric acid derivative is significantly higher than that of the lead compound pseudolaric acid. The preparation method of the compound also has the advantages of abundant raw material sources, mild reaction conditions, simple reaction process operation, cheap and easily available reagents and the like.
