The microporous SnO2-Sb/Ti-C composite electrode is formed by in-situ growth of SnO2-Sb with a flower-like structure on a microporous Ti-C film substrate, the SnO2-Sb with the flower-like structure has a large specific surface area, active sites are fully exposed, high catalytic activity is shown, the SnO2-Sb with the flower-like structure is in-situ growth on the microporous Ti-C film substrate, the combination stability is good, dispersion is more uniform, and the catalytic activity is higher.
