The invention relates to a vehicle seat control apparatus and method for controlling vibration of a seat according to a sleep state of a driver. The vehicle seat control apparatus includes: a detector that detects biometric information of a user; a driver that controls a vibrator built in a vehicle seat; and a controller connected to the detector and the driver.
