Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an iridium catalyst as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating an iridium compound with carboxylic acid and/or carboxylate, and then adding an alkaline substance to obtain iridium-containing precipitate; heating and reacting the iridium-containing precipitate with hydroiodic acid in the presence of carbon monoxide; compared with the prior art, the method for preparing the iridium-containing catalyst is short in synthesis time and simple in process, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the product is high in purity, contains no chlorine element, does not need further purification and can be directly applied to catalytic reaction.
本发明涉及一种铱催化剂及其制备方法和应用,制备方法,包括采用羧酸和/或羧酸盐对铱化合物进行预处理,之后加入碱性物质得到含铱沉淀;将含铱沉淀在一氧化碳下与氢碘酸加热反应。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的制备含铱催化剂的方法,合成时间短,工艺简单,极大的提高了生产效率,且产品纯度高,不含有氯元素,不需要进一步纯化,可直接用于催化反应中。 |
