According to the invention, mice are jointly induced by high-glucose and high-fat feed and AFB1, and a chronic liver injury model synergistically induced by high-glucose and high-fat and AFB1 is constructed after 9 weeks, and has two diseases of hepatic cell fatty degeneration (+ +) and hepatic cell vacuolar degeneration (+ +); and an experimental basis is provided for screening medicines
