Zusammenfassung:A method for constructing a thermal barrier coating according to one embodiment comprises a step for forming a topcoat layer on a bond coat layer formed on a heat-resistant alloy base material of an object. In the step of forming the top coat layer, the top coat layer is formed by spraying a suspension containing a ceramic powder by atmospheric pressure plasma spraying while cooling a part of the plasma flame by supplying water as a cooling fluid to the periphery of the plasma flame at a supply speed of 25 ml/min to 100 ml/min (inclusive). 一个实施方式的热障涂层的施工方法具备:在形成于对象物的耐热合金基材上的粘结涂层上形成顶涂层的工序。在形成顶涂层的工序中,一边通过以25ml/分以上且100ml/分以下的供给速度向等离子体焰的周围供给水作为冷却流体而将等离子体焰的一部分冷却,一边通过大气压等离子喷镀喷镀包含陶瓷粉末的悬浮液,由此形成顶涂层。
