Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an ultra wide band absorption switchable polarization independent wave absorber. The wave absorber is composed of three layers of structures which are respectively a metal layer, a silicon dioxide dielectric layer and an alum dioxide film structure layer from bottom to top. Structural parameters of the vanadium dioxide thin film with the optimal size are selected through optimized scanning, and dynamic regulation and control of # imgabs 1 # in a broadband can be achieved by adjusting the conductivity # imgabs 0 # of vanadium dioxide. In addition, the invention also has the advantages of simple structure, easy preparation and the like. Therefore, the invention has great application potential in broadband tunable polarization-independent wave-absorbing devices.
