Busbar assembly for engaging battery cells of traction battery pack

The present disclosure provides a bus bar assembly for engaging battery cells of a traction battery pack. A bus bar for electrically connecting battery cells within a traction battery pack is provided. An exemplary bus bar may include features for positioning and placing tab terminals of a battery cell. For example, a bus bar may include a slot and a curved portion. The tab terminal may be received within the slot such that at least a portion of the tab terminal is positioned on an opposite side of the bus bar from the housing of the battery cell.
