The preparation method comprises the following steps: loading metal palladium and metal platinum particles generated through oxidation-reduction reaction on the surface of a pretreated nano base material and a pore structure of a porous structure of the pretreated nano base material, fully dispersing the obtained solid micro powder in deionized water, and adding graphene oxide, so as to obtain the composite material. After stirring reaction, graphene oxide is fully wrapped on the surface of solid micro powder and in pores of a porous structure, so that not only can the conductivity of a pretreated nano base material be effectively improved, but also metal palladium and metal platinum particles adsorbed on the pretreated nano base material can be enveloped, and a carbon corrosion reaction caused by oxidation can be delayed; the |
