Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a composite material for a high-electromagnetic compatibility flexible microcrack sensing cable and a preparation method of the composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: placing a pretreated silicon-based substrate in a tubular furnace, and growing the carbon nanotube array on the silicon-based substrate in situ by a chemical vapor deposition method; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a layer of metal film on a carbon nanotube array on a silicon-based substrate on which the carbon nanotube array grows through magnetron sputtering, then preparing a flexible composite material through vacuum impregnation, and finally removing the silicon-based substrate through corrosion. Therefore, the composite material for the flexible microcrack sensing cable with high electromagnetic compatibility, which has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding performance and flexible sensing performance, is obtained.
