The high-aluminum 550 MPa grade high-strength weathering steel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.03% to 0.12% of C, 0.05% to 0.40% of Si, 0.8% to 1.8% of Mn, 0.03% to 0.07% of P, 0.00001% to 0.0050% of S, 0.5% to 2.5% of Cr, 0.20% to 0.50% of Cu, 0.50% to 0.90% of Al, 0.06% to 0.12% of Ti, 0.00001% to 0.0050% of N and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities. By controlling the addition amount of Cr and adding a relatively high amount of Ti element, good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are obtained.
