The nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and the primer sequences are as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 and SEQ ID NO: 3. The primer designed by the invention has specificity and relatively high sensitivity, and detection is carried out based on DNA molecules of robinia pseudoacacia pollen existing in honey, so that theoretical support is provided, and the result is credible. Compared with a chromatography method, a stable carbon isotope method and a spectrum method, the detection method disclosed by the invention only needs to consume trace primers and a reaction system, is low in cost and has relatively low operation difficulty.
