Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a nitrocellulose western blot membrane as well as a preparation method and application thereof, metal salts of metals with metal ions corresponding to AI-AIII and BI-BIII in the periodic table of elements and with the ion radius smaller than 1.33 A are added into a nitrocellulose membrane casting solution, and the surface of the prepared transfer printing membrane has a uniform and relatively regular circular open pore structure; compared with a traditional nitrocellulose membrane, the nitrocellulose membrane has the advantages that the overall mechanical strength is improved, the nitrocellulose membrane has good protein adsorption capacity and is particularly suitable for western blot determination and analysis, and the method is simple in process operation, relatively simple in preparation process and beneficial to industrial amplification.
