The antibody or the variant thereof comprises a light chain variable region and a heavy chain variable region, and the light chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 of which the amino acid sequences are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4 and SEQ ID NO: 5; and/or the heavy chain variable region comprises an LCDR1, an LCDR2 and an LCDR3 of which the amino acid sequences are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7 and SEQ ID NO: 8; or the light chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 of which the amino acid sequences are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO: 12 and SEQ ID NO: 13; and/or, the heavy chain variable region comprises an LCDR1, an LCDR2 and an LCDR3, wherein the amino acid sequences of the LCDR1, the LCDR2 and the LCDR3 are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO: 14, SEQ ID NO: 15 and S
