Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of stimuli-responsive materials, and particularly relates to a multi-stimuli-responsive material and a preparation method and application thereof. The structural formula of the multi-stimulus response material is shown as a formula I, the structure of the multi-stimulus-responsive material provided by the invention contains p-tetraphenyl ethylene (TPE), pyridine and cholesterol-like units, the multi-stimulus-responsive material provided by the invention does not need to be connected with optical switch molecules, forms a light-cyclized intermediate under ultraviolet radiation, and can realize photochromism by means of self light-cyclization; pyridine has a protonation characteristic, so that pyridine has an acidichroism characteristic; the flexible alkyl chain and the twisted configuration of the TPE jointly provide an enough free space for TPE-DGC (tetraphenyl ethylene-cholesterol-like), so that the conversion from blue fluorescence to green fluorescence can be in
