The invention discloses an assembly line supporting trolley for a commercial automobile rear axle. The assembly line supporting trolley comprises a base, two parallel transverse rods and a vertical rod vertically arranged between the transverse rods. The walking wheels are arranged on the two sides of the base. The floating damping mechanism is arranged on the base and is used for balancing gliding impact stress when the supporting trolley moves to a separation section of the assembly line; the left supporting seat is arranged on the top left side of the floating damping mechanism; the right fixed supporting seat is arranged on the top right side of the floating damping mechanism; the right quick-change supporting seat is arranged on the right fixed supporting seat and is rotationally connected with the right fixed supporting seat; the supporting seat locking mechanism is arranged at the joint of the right quick-change supporting seat and the right fixed supporting seat and is used for locking the right quick
