Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a TiAlNb composite wire provided with an isolation layer and used for 3D printing. The TiAlNb composite wire sequentially comprises an outer layer material, an isolation layer material and an inner layer material from outside to inside. The outer layer is made of a titanium pipe or a titanium alloy pipe, the isolation layer is made of a niobium pipe, and the inner layer is made of aluminum wires or aluminum alloy wires. The invention further provides a preparation method of the 3D printing TiAlNb composite wire with the isolation layer. According to the method, after an outer layer material, an isolation layer material and an inner layer material are assembled into a composite wire blank, rotary swaging and drawing are conducted, and vacuum heat treatment and finished product heat treatment are matched to obtain the TiAlNb composite wire.
