According to the method disclosed by the invention, the nucleic acid aptamer is stably connected to hydroxyapatite/beta tricalcium phosphate, can specifically capture MSC and EPC on the surface of a material, realizes selective enrichment, can be applied to a clinical bone defect repair process, namely can capture two cells in situ in a bone defect, can achieve an osteogenesis and vascularization coupling effect of bone defect repair, and has a good application prospect.
