Zusammenfassung:An implantable device has an expandable element (e.g., a balloon) that can apply a radially outward anti-migration force to hold the implantable device in place. The implantable device occlusion device may be an occlusion device configured to be inserted through a body passage. The implantable device may include a first component and a second component that is expandable within a lumen of the first component to apply an anti-migration force to the first component.
