Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a near-infrared wave absorber with a Ni and Ge multi-layer nanoring array structure, the wave absorber is composed of a Ni and Ge multi-layer nanoring array, the nanoring is periodically arranged on a gold substrate, and a layer of SiO2 dielectric medium is arranged between the nanoring and the metal substrate. The proposed absorber achieves nearly perfect absorption of near-infrared light due to the integration of multiple resonant modes from the top nanoring, including electrical and magnetic polarities. The composition, geometrical shape and arrangement of the nanoring significantly affect the absorption performance of the device, and have a small tolerance. By continuously optimizing the structure, the wave absorber capable of absorbing electromagnetic waves with the wavelength of 300-2400nm almost perfectly can be obtained, and the average absorption rate of the wave absorber in the whole wave band exceeds 95%.
