Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of image processing, and discloses a method for constructing a three-dimensional retina morphology by using a refractive topographic map, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining personalized human eye diopter topographic map data; s2, converting the diopter topographic map data into retina coordinate data through a refraction-position conversion function; and S3, reconstructing a three-dimensional retina morphology image of the personalized human eyes based on the retina coordinate data obtained through conversion. The diopter topographic map data is obtained through a non-invasive ophthalmic imaging technology. The refraction-position conversion function is preset on the basis of the relationship between the diopter and the fundus morphology.
