Comprising the steps that S1, the total income, total tax and total cost of a wind power plant are calculated according to electricity selling income, Chinese verification voluntary emission reduction income, shared energy storage and green certificate income; s2, using VaR and CVaR methods to reflect and evaluate the potential maximum loss of the investment portfolio on given confidence and the average loss exceeding the VaR part; and S3, simulating various uncertain scenes by utilizing a Monte Carlo method, and solving an optimal portfolio by taking the minimum total construction and operation cost as a target function.
