The method comprises the steps that an ARX model is established based on system identification, and a continuous state space equation of the aerodynamic system is obtained based on the ARX model; constructing an airfoil structure motion model based on the flexible blade structure, and obtaining a continuous state space equation of a structural dynamics system based on the airfoil structure motion model; obtaining a coupled system state space analysis model based on the aerodynamic system continuous state space equation and the structural dynamics system continuous state space equation; and carrying out aeroelastic stability evaluation based on the coupled system state space analysis model.
