Comprising the following steps: pre-burying a plurality of measuring graphite rods corresponding to the upper surface, the lower surface and different depths of an anode carbon block in the anode carbon block, and connecting copper brazing rod measuring points on the upper surface of the anode carbon block; a mica sheet layer is arranged outside the measuring graphite rod; acquiring a pressure drop value of the copper brazing rod measuring point; forming a depth-pressure drop value gradient curve according to the pressure drop value and the corresponding depth of the graphite rod to be measured; and according to the depth-pressure drop value gradient curve, comparing the depth-pressure drop value gradient curve with a stored standard depth-pressure drop value gradient curve to obtain a final pressure drop value of the anode carbon block.
