Comprising a bridge body, a mounting block is fixedly arranged on the front surface of the bridge body, a supporting column is fixedly arranged at the top of the mounting block, a first groove is formed in the supporting column, a first threaded rod is movably arranged in the first groove, and a first nut seat is movably arranged outside the first threaded rod; a clamping plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the first nut seat, the clamping plate is clamped in a clamping groove of the connecting seat, a mounting plate is movably arranged at the top of the connecting seat, solar panels are fixedly arranged on the front surface of the mounting plate, and a second groove is formed between the solar panels; and a second threaded rod is movably arranged in the second groove, a second nut seat is movably arranged outside the second threaded rod, and cleaning rods are fixedly arranged on the
