The chromium-plated plate comprises a chromium oxide layer, a metal chromium layer and an iron substrate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the surface roughness Ra of the iron substrate is 0.45-0.7 [mu] m, the average width Rsm of the contour unit is 50-80 [mu] m, and the maximum skewness Rsk of the contour unit is 0.1-0.4. According to the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, decoding cannot be carried out due to the fact that the code spraying quality grade is easily reduced by direct chromium-plated plate plain iron code spraying is solved.
