Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular biology and plant molecular breeding, and particularly relates to a method for detecting insertion mutation of a self-incompatible pistil determinant CdS-RNase gene of Vietnam camellia oleifera. A primer pair is designed according to the 64bp insertion mutation of the CdS-RNase gene found in camellia oleifera in Vietnam for the first time, and meanwhile, a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification system and conditions are optimized, so that a rapid detection method for the 64bp insertion mutation of the CdS-RNase gene is provided. The screening efficiency of the camellia tonkinensis self-incompatible pistil determinant CdS-RNase mutant can be improved, and the excavation process of the camellia tonkinensis CdS-RNase gene mutant is accelerated.
