The nano calcium carbonate for the silane modified polyether sealant is obtained by sequentially carrying out wet modification, dry modification and plasma treatment on the nano calcium carbonate and carrying out multiple modification treatments, and the prepared silane modified polyether sealant has excellent tensile strength and elongation at break, relatively low water absorption rate, good weather resistance and good weather resistance. Meanwhile, the flame retardant property is improved.
