Coating process of flame-retardant powder

The invention belongs to the technical field of fireproof coating production, and particularly discloses a coating process of flame-retardant powder, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a coating material: a first material comprising one or more of polyether polyol, polyester polyol and other polyhydroxy compounds; a second material: comprising isocyanate and/or derivatives thereof; a third material: an accelerator comprising organic tin or organic amine; (2) carrying out coating treatment, specifically, adding the flame-retardant powder into a stirring cylinder, continuously stirring, and sequentially adding the first material, the second material and the third material; after the water resistance of the flame-retardant powder is detected to reach the standard, the stirring cylinder is cooled, and the flame-retardant powder is taken out of the pot. The process route provided by the invention is simple, the product quality is easy to control, the cost is relatively low, the requirement on equip
