Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of (E)-and (Z)-pent-4-ene-1-ketone compounds and a preparation method of the (E)-and (Z)-pent-4-ene-1-ketone compounds. According to the method, O-iodine aryl alkanol and terminal alkyne are taken as substrates, visible light induced iodine aromatic hydrocarbon oriented far-end C (sp3)-H alkenylation reaction is carried out under a photooxidation condition, (E)-and (Z)-pent-4-ene-1-ketone compounds are constructed through one-step reaction, and the method has medium to excellent yield and wide substrate universality. According to the reaction disclosed by the invention, an E isomer is isomerized into a Z isomer through amino alkyl free radical driven halogen atom transfer (XAT) and subsequent directed dihydroatom transfer (HAT) as well as energy transfer (EnT) with an Ir catalyst, so that Z/E stereoselective synthesis of an olefin product is realized.
