The perforating device comprises a workbench, a feeding assembly, a fastening regulation and control assembly, a perforating assembly and a sliding control assembly, and a control switch is arranged on the workbench; the feeding assembly is used for conveying to-be-punched pin shafts into the fastening regulation and control assembly one by one and controlling the fastening regulation and control assembly to clamp the to-be-punched pin shafts; the fastening regulation and control assembly comprises a rotating table, a clamping table, a clamping mechanism and a driving mechanism; the clamping mechanism is used for fixing the pin shaft to be punched; the clamping table is provided with a linear sliding groove and a transition sliding groove. The punching assembly is used for punching the fixed to-be-punched pin shaft and controlling the sliding control assembly. The sliding control assembly is used for pressing the control switch when the punching assembly punches holes and controlling the driving mechanism to
