Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine, and particularly relates to application of a ZFP36L2 gene in treatment and/or prevention of radiation damage. The application is the application of ZFP36L2 in the following (A1) or (A2) or (A3): (A1) preparing a medicine for treating and/or preventing radiation damage; (A2) preparing a medicine for resisting mitochondrial dysfunction caused by radiation; and (A3) preparing a medicine for treating the vascular endothelial injury caused by radiation. Experiments prove that mitochondrial dysfunction caused by radiation can be resisted by adjusting the expression level of the ZFP36L2 in the macrophages, and in-vitro experiments verify that the scratch healing ability of the HUVEC under the irradiation condition is remarkably improved by the macrophage supernate overexpressed by the ZFP36L2; further experiments prove that the ZFP36L2 overexpressed macrophage can remarkably relieve damage to abdominal cavity tissue of transplanted mice in a radiation environment an |
