Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of dairy products, and particularly relates to probiotic high-fiber modified milk and a preparation method thereof. The invention discloses probiotic high-fiber modified milk, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1.5 to 3 percent of dietary fiber, 1 to 3 percent of modified whey protein powder, 0.01 to 0.05 percent of probiotics and the balance of milk. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the modified milk.
