The method comprises the following steps: constructing a processing workshop model; constructing a worker fatigue and recovery model; constructing a transportation model; overall task completion time, transportation time and worker load are comprehensively considered, and the target function is constructed by taking minimization of maximum completion time, shortest total transportation distance, worker workload balance and minimum worker total load as optimization targets; and designing a hybrid algorithm based on NSGA-II and a grey wolf optimization algorithm, and solving the model.
