An air inlet of an electric proportional pressure reducing valve in the device is connected with an air source, an air outlet of the electric proportional pressure reducing valve is connected with a confining pressure micro-variable cross-section pressure regulator assembly and a back pressure micro-variable cross-section pressure regulator assembly which are connected in parallel, an outlet of the confining pressure micro-variable cross-section pressure regulator assembly is connected with a triaxial pressure chamber, and an outlet of the back pressure micro-variable cross-section pressure regulator assembly is connected with deep sea loose sediments.
