Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting the activity of a specific periplasmic electron transport chain of denitrifying activated sludge, which comprises the following steps: washing the denitrifying activated sludge by using a buffer solution with the pH of 7-8 to remove an original substrate, fixing the volume to the original volume of the denitrifying activated sludge by using the buffer solution with the pH of 7-8, resuspending into a centrifugal tube to obtain a resuspension, and ultrasonically crushing to extract soluble protein; uniformly mixing the soluble protein with a 50mM cytochrome c aqueous solution and a 10mM NaNO2 aqueous solution, detecting peak values at 550nm before and after the reaction, and calculating the content of the cytochrome c before and after the biological reaction; and calculating the specific periplasmic electron transport chain activity of the denitrification activated sludge according to a formula.
