The steam condensate recycling system comprises a flash evaporation device, a steam turbine and a steam compressor. The steam input end of the steam turbine is connected with the steam output end of the flash evaporation device, and the steam input end of the steam compressor is connected with the steam output end of the flash evaporation device; the flash evaporation device is used for carrying out flash evaporation on steam condensate generated by indirect heating of high-temperature steam to form saturated steam and outputting the saturated steam to the steam turbine and the steam compressor; the steam turbine is used for doing work to generate power by using the input saturated steam; the steam compressor is used for compressing input saturated steam to form high-pressure superheated steam.
