Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a LightOn-AAV8-TBG-Timer system for visual targeted monitoring of oxidative stress state change of liver cells, the system comprises a plurality of recombinant plasmid pairs packaged by adeno-associated viruses, and any one pair of recombinant plasmids is composed of a first recombinant plasmid and a second recombinant plasmid; the first recombinant plasmid is pAV-IL1RN-CIBN-ST-Timer, and the second recombinant plasmid is pAV-TBG-CRY2-VP64, and the first recombinant plasmid is pAV-IL1RN-CIBN-ST-Timer; wherein the Timer protein is a tetramer mutant DsRed1-E5 and is used for monitoring oxidative stress fluorescence; the CIBN and the CRY2 form a blue light-operated starting element based on the principle that the CRY2 interacts with the chaperonin CIBN of the CRY2; the L1RN is a weak promoter; vP64 is a transcription activator; sTE represents a subcellular body targeted localization element. According to the recombinant plasmid composition constructed by the invention, the oxidative stres
