The cDNA sequence of the Spodoptera frugiperda CYP6AN4 gene is obtained, the Spodoptera frugiperda CYP6AN4 gene is silenced by an RNAi technology which takes effect after dsRNA and LDH are combined by a spraying method, and the mortality of the Spodoptera frugiperda CYP6AN4 gene is greatly increased by applying a pesticide after silencing; obviously, after the dsRNA of the gene is combined with LDH, the gene has important application value in the field of prevention and control of spodoptera frugiperda.
