Performing positive clone screening, inducible expression and protein identification to obtain a stable VHH antibody of bacillus anthracis; therefore, the stability of the bacillus anthracis antibody is improved, the production process of the bacillus anthracis antibody is optimized, and the more stable VHH antibody of the bacillus anthracis can be obtained. 本发明公开了一种能结合炭疽杆菌的VHH抗体,涉及VHH抗体技术领域,通过基因合成将目的基因插入到pPICZalphaA载体中,利用酶切及纯化技术获得线性化重组质粒,将该质粒转化X33酵母感受态,后通过阳性克隆筛选、诱导表达和蛋白鉴定获得稳定的炭疽杆菌的VHH抗体;从而提升了炭疽杆菌抗体的稳定性,优化炭疽杆菌的抗体生产流程,能够获得更为稳定的炭疽杆菌的VHH抗体。
