Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of photoelectric energy conversion functional materials and devices, and provides a self-assembly hole transport molecule and a preparation method and application thereof, and the molecule has a dimethoxy carbazole group providing hole transport capability and a trimethoxy silylbenzene alkyl group having self-assembly capability. Compared with the prior art, the hole transport molecule provided by the invention can realize energy level arrangement with a perovskite light absorption layer and obtain higher theoretical open-circuit voltage and photoelectric conversion efficiency, and the prepared hole transport layer and the substrate have high self-assembly stability, so that the service life of the perovskite solar cell is prolonged; and the commercialization process is promoted.
