The invention provides a dust collection container for an electric tool and the electric tool capable of installing the dust collection container. The dust collection container is provided with: a hollow body having an accommodating space for accommodating dust; a cylinder fixed to the hollow body and defining a passage communicating with the accommodating space of the hollow body; and a biasing member. The cylinder includes at least one cylinder wall, a protrusion, and a wall portion. The at least one tube wall extends along a first axis that extends in a first direction. The protrusion protrudes from one of the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the at least one cylindrical wall in a direction orthogonal to the first axis.
