When the waste lithium ion battery is crushed and recycled, the electric quantity in the waste lithium ion battery can be automatically detected, when it is detected that the electric quantity exists in the waste lithium ion battery, the electric quantity in the waste lithium ion battery can be utilized, and after the electric quantity in the waste lithium ion battery is consumed, the waste lithium ion battery can be recycled.
