The device comprises a vortex focusing type ultrasonic transducer, a phased array system, a CCD microscopic observation mirror, a bracket of the microscopic observation mirror, a precise electric cross displacement table, a displacement table control driver, a manual dovetail groove sliding table, a computer, a display, a culture dish, a culture dish bracket, a transducer connecting rod, a metal mounting flat plate and a stainless steel support column. Intelligentization of the sound tweezers device is achieved by combining sound tweezers, visual sensing, electric displacement table control and a path planning algorithm. According to the principle of the sound tweezers, a phase singular point sound potential well of vortex focusing sound waves is used for capturing tiny objects, the equipment has the non-contact type autonomous screening and automatic targeting transportation functions of particles or clusters
