The present invention provides a carbon dioxide regeneration device and a control method thereof, the carbon dioxide regeneration device comprising: a first liquid storage portion capable of storing a rich liquid; the second liquid storage part can store barren liquid; the separation assembly comprises a shell and a one-way permeable membrane structure, the shell is provided with an inner cavity, the one-way permeable membrane structure is arranged in the inner cavity and divides the inner cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity which are isolated from each other, the first liquid storage part and the second liquid storage part can communicate with the first cavity, and the one-way permeable membrane structure can allow carbon dioxide to pass through and limit water to pass through; the first air outlet part can be communicated with the second cavity and discharge carbon dioxide; and the negative pressure pump is arranged between the first air outlet part and the separation assembly, and the negative p
