The preparation method of the antibacterial hydrogel nanoparticles comprises the following steps: preparing a hydrogel solution containing colistin, then adding CHE liposome, mixing, and rapidly cooling to room temperature to obtain the antibacterial hydrogel nanoparticles, and the melting point T1 of the hydrogel is more than or equal to 45 DEG C and less than or equal to 55 DEG C. The antibacterial hydrogel nano-particles simultaneously encapsulate CHE and colistin, can resist bacteria synergistically, and is used for resisting persistent bacteria in an ESKAPE pathogen group.
